Deputy Head of HR

**Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of HR & Admin Dept (HOD) to oversee the daily operation of the department and in charge of full spectrum of office administrative functions, such as report writing, meeting arrangements and material preparation, minutes taking and follow-up on the progress of meeting action items, document management, and office space planning as well as yearly admin budget and expenditure planning and monitoring etc.
- Responsible to formulate, review, update and implement administrative policies, guidelines and SOP to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist the Management to perform regular monitoring and analysis of key performance statistics of the company. The monitoring and analysis include, but not limited to, the comparison against the planned business targets and industrial peers.
- Assist the Management and HOD in liaising with the Head Office for job requirement on data gathering, regular / ad-hoc analysis and report.
- Provide corporate secretarial support to the company secretary and HOD: prepare notices, agendas, material for Board and Board Committee meetings; take minutes of meetings and prepare resolutions etc.
- Assist other departments and Board Committees to translate meeting materials, minutes, policies, guidelines and reports etc from English to Chinese.
- Support HOD in the risk management and compliance matters of the HR & Admin Department
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management/HOD.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Bilingual with strong Chinese writing and verbal communication skills in order to draft reports in Chinese and to communicate with the Chinese speaking colleagues in the Head Office and business associate
- Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, conscientious and meticulous
- Able to work well independently and under pressure
- Proactive and possess positive personality
