Startups reinvent the world and buzz with energy and new ideas. Cloud is a major enabler of startup innovation. AWS is the cloud leader and the platform of choice for the majority of startups.
The Startup Solutions Architecture team is dedicated to working with these early stage startup companies as they build their businesses. We’re here to make sure that they can deploy the best, most scalable, and most secure architectures possible - and that they spend as little time and money as possible doing so.
This role is for managing a team of very talented technologists who support our startup customers across ASEAN.
We are looking for people with startup and people management experience, strong technologists who are passionate about working with the startup ecosystem across all of South East Asia.
In this role, you will manage a large distributed team, lead by example by engaging with customers directly, and partner with other organizations that make up AWS Startups business. You’ll also play an important role as an advocate with our product teams to make sure we are building the right products for the startups you work with.

- Experience in the startup community as either a founder, mentor, investor, or early technical employee
- Experience architecting/operating solutions build on public cloud

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to right level conversations
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
