Established in 2017, The Kettle Gourmet is Singapore’s most beloved popcorn company and it has seen steady growth and opportunities over the last few years. We aim to be Asia’s leading popcorn company and we are looking for the right individuals to be part of our team on this journey as a **Brand Manager**.

As the Brand Manager of The Kettle Gourmet, you can expect to be taking on a strong leadership role and be highly involved in the processes of our organization. The processes include but are not limited to:

- Overall brand direction and strategies
- Manage marketing and design team (local and remote)
- Ensure long term brand alignment with goals
- Manage content and collaterals for all brands
- Manage external agencies for marketing related matters
- Research on marketing trends/developing trends in terms of customers' behaviour
- Liaise with manufacturers on product specifications

Internal meetings will be conducted daily at 9am with the team, while there will also be weekly meetings with the core team who you will be working closely with, inclusive of CEO, CFO, COO and General Manager. On a larger scale, there will also be quarterly meetings on goals/KPI/strategies with the core team and an annual meeting on the company's upcoming plans, directions and strategies.

Our office is located at 28 Senang Crescent where all business will be conducted.

For this role, we are seeking an individual who possesses a strong knowledge on market strategies, is creative, and has at least 2 years relevant experience. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video creation software is highly preferred as well.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 per month
