_**Qualifications**:_
- **Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience**:

- **3-5 years of relevant experience (3+ years of experience working on Securities and operational field)**:

- **Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software**:

- **Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**:

- **Proven analytical skills**

- **Must be a self-starter and be able to manage their time against deliverables**:

- **Knowledge of Linux in general (Scripting/Troubleshooting/Monitoring )**:

- **Previous or current IT Operations experience**:

- **Be able to work under pressure and clearly articulate to management current problems, escalation process, etc.**:

- **Follow domain process and procedures**:

- **Maintain track and complete assigned tickets (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)**:

- **Knowledge of Cyber Security tools and technologies (SIEM, Antivirus, Endpoint protection tools)**:

- **Excellent communication and process documentation**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor health and performance of managed cyber security tools on day to day basis.**:

- **Investigate and troubleshoot issues on the cyber security tools. Reduce risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, their impact, and required corrective actions.**:

- **Follow Change and Incidents management best practices**:

- **Send Status reports to all key stakeholders**:

- **Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls**:

- **Capture, document and implement processes and procedures for BAU activities**:

- **Direct the development and delivery of secure solutions by coordinating with business and technical contacts**:
