Epergne Solutions is looking for ServiceNow Architect

**Preferred Skillsets**

1. Strong communication skills

2. Experience in out of box (OOB) customization for ServiceNow ITSM modules, surveys, forms etc.

3. Experience in self-hosted environment ServiceNow implementation in Cloud (AWS).

4. Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments that have implemented areas such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC Integrations etc.

6. Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written and time management skills.

7. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.

8. Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in the development and release management relative to the ServiceNow platform to drive quality, value and best practice.

9. Strong ITIL processes and best practice knowledge.

10. Excellent knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

11. Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment.

1. Ensure end-to-end project delivery success.

2. Ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client’s requirements.
