**Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of SAP FICO professionals and play a key role in managing and optimizing our financial systems and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance and ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Leadership and Team Management**:Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO professionals, providing mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

**SAP FICO Implementation and Optimization**:Oversee the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO solutions to meet complex business needs. Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules and external systems.

**Financial Process Improvement**:Analyze financial processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP FICO. Implement process improvements aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

**Project Management**:Plan and execute SAP FICO projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and manage resources.

**User Training and Support**:Develop and deliver training for end users to enhance proficiency in SAP FICO. Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes and solutions. Generate regular reports on system performance and project progress.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- SAP Certification is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in SAP FICO solutions.
