**Senior Draftsman**

**Salary range: 5.5 k to 6.5 k**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as lead project technical officer for ongoing and new projects
- Manage documentation, tendering, authority submission
- Manage construction phase drawing/BIM updates
- Manage project completion and closure - TOP, CSC, authority submission, site inspections, as-built
- Manage people and organisational functions

**Technical Skills & Competencies**
- Well-versed in Local (Singapore) Regulatory Requirements
i.e. Approved Document, Accessibility Code, FSSD requirement
- Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing
- Building Information Modelling Application (Revit for authority submission)
- Project Management
- Construction Technology

**Job Role Requirements**
- Minimum 8 years’ local (Singapore) experience as senior technical staff
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Studies
- Able to conduct site inspections and liaise with authority independently
- Must have experience in TOP & CSC stage for private medium to high rise residential project in Singapore
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup
