**Job description
**Main Purpose of the Job**:
This role will be seconded into the Client's internal team and therefore fully client facing. The primary focus of this role is the delivery of program management services to a major client providing governance and assurance across their APAC new build Data Center programme.
**Job Description (Key Responsibilities)**:
- Ability to programme manage multiple projects across the APAC region.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with Client's teams and appointed professional teams in different markets.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Client's standard project controls processes and governance across the programme.
- Robust coordination with Client, Vendors, and global stakeholders to deliver programme objectives.
- Review standard processes, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and recommend implementation.
- Lead programme level reporting based on inputs and review of project level reporting.
- Coordinate Knowledge sharing and cascade best practice across programme.
- Provide technical support and training to in-country project teams to ensure understanding of processes and governance and to establish expectations.
- Coordinate design team inputs to support analysis of optimal building design and configuration.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region on short trips from time to time.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals, construction sequencing and handing over process.
- Relevant working experience in the built environment sector and proven management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and leadership qualities
- Have undertaken a PM role associated with DC or equivalent.
**CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in a construction industry-related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the built-environment sector handling new projects with data center/mission critical project experience preferred.
- Some project management and scheduling experience.
