**Working hours**:

- Day shift (0830hrs to 1730hrs)
- Mid-day Shift: 1630 to 0130 hrs (next day)
- Night Shift: 0030 to 0930 hrs

**Location**:Changi

**Scope of Activities**
- Supervise for compliance with the Building Control Act across all engineering disciplines.
- Support QP(S) in site supervision duties.
- Submit QA/QC plans within one month of contract award.
- Conduct engineering reviews of contractor submissions and variations.
- Check drawings/documents, flagging issues to S.O. and QPs.
- Review method statements, risk assessments, and safety plans.
- Oversee all works, including temporary structures, as needed.
- Verify materials and resources on-site and endorse delivery records.
- Evaluate contractor claims and recommend actions to S.O.
- Provide additional engineering services as specified or implied.
- Provide required endorsements for CAG, BCA, and other authorities.
- Help prepare a site supervision plan per BCA guidelines.
- Ensure efficient, professional site supervision and support.
- Maintain records for claim verification.
- Review and report on monitoring instruments.
- Oversee monitoring installation quality and endorse records.
- Coordinate with contractors, QPs, and authorities.
- Track project progress and update S.O./CAG.
- Follow FUI requirements in interface areas.
- Liaise with FUI teams for coordinated supervision.
- Monitor contractor safety and ensure DfS, WSH, and aerodrome safety.
- Conduct safety inspections and follow up on issues.
- Conduct roving safety inspections and incident response.
- Submit daily safety inspection reports to S.O.
- Lead monthly safety inspections and submit reports.
- Organize and participate in Safety Site Walks with S.O.
- Provide monthly safety performance and audit reports.
- Report accidents/near-misses immediately to OIC.
- Inspect work outside Changi East and overseas if required.
- Assist CAG with authority visits, reports, and coordination.

**Eduction & Qualification/**

**Experiance**
- credited by IES and ACES.
- Holds bizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent.
- Certified in Design for Safety.
- Knowledgeable in codes, supervision, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Effective supervisor and proactive leader.
- Aviation experience preferred.
- Able to work shifts.
