**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees across all levels of the organization through the ALT to achieve intended outcomes
- Design and execute strategic communication plans to enhance and protect the company's reputation among key stakeholders, including employees, business partners, customers, and general public.
- Strengthen corporate and leadership branding through different forms of collaboration and content, such as partner events and external speaking engagements, in close partnership with the marketing team.Lead overall change management and communications for strategic transformation initiatives.

**To qualify you must have**:

- 10 years of work experience in corporate communications; experience in top corporate communications advisory is a plus
- Passion for corporate commitments and experience in corporate brand building
- Demonstrated experience in building, conceptualizing and executing integrated strategic communications and campaigns
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies in a corporate environment
- Experience in a medium to large technology, industrial or similar organization
- A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and channels
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of corporate branding, reputation management, and crisis communication
- Experience working with senior executives and advising on communication matters
