Our client is a prestigious luxury brand in the market. Employer is embarking on a new project with a launch of boutique.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent and delightful service to high-net-worth individuals
- Provide personalized service and establish close rapport
- Assist guests with enquiries and questions regarding the product and the brand.
- Receiving guests as the first point of contact and provide exceptional client experience.
- Assist guests with any arrangements required if necessary. (eg. hotel arrangements, transportation arrangements).
- Introduce the brand creations if necessary.
- Assist with execution of Special Events and Promotions.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years' experience in Hospitality, F&B or Retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills with customer engagement experience
- Strong sense of client services and hospitality.
- Focused on the needs and satisfaction of customers.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
