**Who are we looking for?**

Named the Most Innovative Fintech by Global Brands, we are redefining private market investing and are looking for a
_Full Stack Lead _to join our Engineering team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain highly performant and reliable platform
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality
- Continuously work within scrum team and follow SDLC to deliver new product features as required
- Support testing and troubleshooting when required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
- Hands-on experience with Golang or any other compiled language (C++, Java, C# )
- Proficiency in frontend development and hands-on experience with ReactJS, Typescript and GraphQL
- Good understanding of relational DBs (e.g. MYSQL) and in-memory DBs (e.g. Redis)
- Hands-on experience with at least one messaging broker (RabbitMQ, Kafka )
- Good understanding of micro-services architecture and interservice communications like gRPC or REST
- Familiarity with multi-threading and threads synchronisation
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with managing developers
