The Opportunity
Product Engineering for Processor group
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage product, test engineering activities at our manufacturing sites
- Test program release for Wafer sort, Final test and SLT
- New product qualification and transfer
- Lot-on-Hold verification/disposition
- Yield deviation analysis
- Burn-In studies & verification
- Customer returns verification
- Interface to customers, Test development/design teams and strategic partners
- Identify & drive test cost reduction and yield improvement projects
- Aligns PE systems/processes for different manufacturing sites
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
