Our client has more 40 years of success in offering a full spectrum of real estate services which includes Civil Engineering, Design and Build, Construction, Turnkey Construction, Project Management Consultancy, Procurement and Mechanical & Electrical Installation, Precast and Prefabrication.

**About the role;**

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for detailed and accurate measuring quantity and taking off
- Reviews tender documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements;
- Responsible for detailed and accurate measuring quantity and taking off
- Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement
- Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and to highlight the discrepancies for tender clarifications
- Compiling all documents required for submission
- Perform price comparison and quotation evaluation
- Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
- Any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Degree / Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Office programs
- Proficient in bluebeam and glodon will be a plus.
- 5 days work week
