Datasearch is a highly specialised executive recruitment firm that partners with leading international Technology & Data companies. Our expertise is in placing senior management positions in the Asia Pacific region as well as experienced-level hires across sales, presales, delivery and technology.

We have an excellent career opportunity for a senior recruiter to join a fast-growing and highly specialised firm as well as a blank canvas for an ambitious consultant to build their own patch, drive business to success, and work on regional APAC engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing new client business through our “Warm” business development model and our highly specialised global recruitment database
- Taking search briefs (retained and contingent), devising recruitment strategies, and managing on-going satisfaction of all stakeholders involved in the search process.
- Managing multiple search campaigns across a set region.
- Cross-selling and referring to other regional consultants.

Key Requirements:

- 5-10 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Cybersecurity or Technology sector
- A track record of exceeding revenue targets, both with existing clients and new client accounts
- A desire to want to play a core role in significantly scaling a business
- Able to work in flexible work environments (home, coworking office, etc).
