Create, configure, and administer Jira projects, including access and settings.
- Manage user access for Jira/Confluence.
- Create and maintain user groups.
- Oversee permissions management.
- Handle issue type management.
- Manage custom fields.
- Administer screens management.
- Oversee workflows management.
- Create and configure dashboards.
- Configure notifications.
- Train users on Jira/Confluence usage.
- Create Confluence spaces.
- Create and maintain Confluence pages.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in any Science or Engineering discipline.
- Experience as a Jira/Confluence administrator.
- Proficient with Jira automation and JQL.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Capable of monitoring system performance and capacity, and taking proactive measures to prevent or resolve issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- 13th month salary
