**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities: You will be reporting to the zonal lead. In this role, you will be part of the team to promote a lifestyle of living better through sport by actively encouraging the community to be part of the ActiveSG membership scheme. You will enthusiastically manage the day to day operations and promote the sporting programs made available at ActiveSG Sport Centres. In this role, you will be, - managing the day-to-day operational work of the centre from facilities management, resource planning, operation readiness and service excellence - ensuring the upkeeping of general cleanliness, maintenance and operation of facilities and equipment, and to comply with the Environmental Public Health (Swimming Pools) Regulations, Singapore's OK and other environmental requirements - working with hirers and tenants of the facilities to ensure smooth execution of events/programs, provision of logistic and manpower support, and compliance of our rules and regulations - coaching and leading the team in the delivery of quality service standards to members that meet the minimum Customer Satisfaction Survey target set by the Management, and to provide a safe environment and facilities to our members - ensuring compliance on all standard operation procedures such as ISO, Financial Regulations and Audits, and all safety aspect of the facilities (e.g. Fire Safety Act, Workplace Safety Act, BCA amusement rides Act, etc.) - monitoring and checking of contractor's work to ensure it conforms to work specifications and schedules - responsible for various monthly management reports - working with Business Development to propose, plan and implement localised marketing initiatives to improve the facility's performance and monitoring the expenditures and costings. - supporting the training and development of the team

This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. - Background in Sports or the Sport Industry - Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong standards towards customer safety in line with our SOPs - Comfortable to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays - Strong leadership, management and project management skills - Able to swim at least 50 meters in any stroke - Any qualification in the following list would be highly advantageous: - Fitness Studies / Sports Management;
