**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Change Management Senior Manager plays a critical role as a liaison between Global Digital Ecosystem (GDE) delivery teams and core business teams (BAU), driving strong collaboration and coordination between these stakeholders. This includes both strategically and tactically preparing business teams to receive and deploy the digital capabilities developed within the GDE program.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operating as primary change management leader with market business champions, and ensuring activities are prioritized and executed in-line with the plan to successfully transition and scale within the GDE program
- On-boarding Business Champions across diverse business functions (distribution, product/pricing, claims, etc..) and coordinating plan execution. Lead this team of business champions to collectively prepare business teams for successful deployment of GDE capabilities
- Identification of program dependencies across various stakeholders including: delivery teams, release management team, testers, business champions, functional managers and other
- Proactive communication to ensure the many diverse GDE stakeholders have continuous awareness of key program events, deliverables, timelines and dependencies. Establishing appropriate cadence of meetings to keep stakeholders informed
- Monitoring and ensuring effective adoption across GDE and BAU for key capabilities and business processes. Engaging relevant program and functional leaders to address gaps to expected adoption or utilization
- Supporting ops readiness activities including testing and training across all relevant market functions, and ensuring relevant BAU supports are in place
- Leading retros to gather stakeholder feedback on continuous improvement opportunities, implementing needed changes to ops readiness governance and process to improve program effectiveness and user experience
- Partner closely with program and functional business teams to lead problem solving sessions for any emerging issues
- Thorough documentation of processes/manual workarounds, risks, outcome of discussions, etc.. to support program governance

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in developing strategies, setting up and executing transformation initiatives in three or more of the following areas (digital transformation, operating model change, Business process management, IT Transformation/outsourcing, end to end work-flow automation and operations).
- Experience with Agile practices (i.e., scrum development process and scrum ceremonies) and expectations. Minimum of 1 year direct experience with agile teams with 3 years experience in business, product, technology and/or consulting. ITIL and PMP certifications will be advantageous.
- English fluency required; Thai or Vietnamese fluency preferred.
- Able to understand and depict complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences and distill the key requirements. Ability to develop strong working relationships and influence others and build consensus. Demonstrated ability to operate with incomplete information and make timely decisions. Knowledge of relevant products and portfolio preferred.
- Experimental mindset to drive innovation amongst uncertainty. Experience in working across cultures and geographies a distinct advantage.
