**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on division’s business & financial planning.
- Prepare accurate and up-to-date month-end closing and financial reports in a timely manner.
- Prepare budget, mid-term and kick-off meeting presentation.
- Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
- Handle overdue debts and credit control management.
- Monitor monthly expenses/marginal profit and business profit results to enhance organizational effectiveness to be result oriented.
- Supervise, provide guidance and prepare work scheduling for junior employees.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- At least 3 years of related working experience in Finance/Budget/Forecast Planning/Month end closing/Bad debt reporting.
