[What the role is]

You will be part of HR Division that fosters the holistic development and growth of our teams and people. As the Senior Manager, HR Data and Systems, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, efficiency and effectiveness of various HR systems, including Workday.

**[ **What you will be working on]**

Your key responsibilities include the following:

- Responsible for all Workday system responsibilities, including but not limited to, setup and configuration, assessment and testing of enhancements, day-to-day systems support and troubleshooting, managing of user account security and data integrity etc.
- Key liaison officer with HR process owners and PSD (system owner of Workday) on all Workday related matters.
- Primary resource in relation to HR data governance, digitalisation and knowledge management efforts
- Manage technical and data projects of varying scales.
- Identify process improvements and leverage on innovative and cost-effective technology solutions to improve the delivery of HR services to the organisation.

**[ **What we are looking for]**
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing HR-related systems, with prior experience in Workday implementation and support.
- Good HR business process knowledge and demonstrated ability to drive process change and adoption of technologies.
- Service oriented mindset with a passion in driving continuous improvements initiatives to improve and enhance business practices.
- Attention to details, self-driven, resilient hands-on problem solver and multi-tasker with sound analytical and project management skills.

This position will be a 2-year contract appointment in the first instance.
