Job Summary:
As the IT Team Lead for our Philippines office, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations and infrastructure in the office, managing a team of IT engineers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of technology-related processes. You will work closely with other departments to support their technology needs and ensure that the IT infrastructure meets the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of IT engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring that expenses are within budget and costs are optimized
- Resource allocation of IT engineers in Philippines team to ensure a smooth 24x7 manned helpdesk support
- Ensure that KPIs are met by IT engineers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT operations and management, with a focus on team leadership and infrastructure management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with remote teams
- Familiarity with ITIL, or other IT service management frameworks
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CCNA are an advantage.
