Director, Fund Management

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of investment funds within an asset or fund management company. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the **strategic performance, regulatory compliance, operational integrity**, and **client satisfaction** across the firm's investment vehicles.

1. **Portfolio Oversight & Strategy**
- Lead the development and execution of investment strategies across multiple funds.
- Set asset allocation and risk parameters in line with fund mandates and investor objectives.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on market conditions or internal reviews.

2. **Team Leadership**
- Supervise portfolio managers, analysts, operations staff, and compliance personnel involved in fund management.
- Mentor junior staff and help build investment and operational capabilities.

3. **Client & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Present fund performance and strategy updates to investors, boards, and internal committees.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, consultants, and regulators.

4. **Fund Launches & Product Innovation**
- Identify opportunities for new fund strategies or vehicles (e.g., private credit, ESG, thematic equity).
- Work with legal, compliance, marketing, and distribution to bring products to market.

5. **Governance & Compliance**
- Ensure all funds are managed in accordance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, SEC, MAS, etc.).
- Oversee risk management, pricing accuracy, liquidity controls, and compliance with fund documents.

6. **Operational & Financial Oversight**
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and technology to ensure efficient and scalable fund operations.
- Track fund profitability, fee structures, and cost management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of investment products (public and/or private markets).
- Leadership and people management experience.
- Deep understanding of fund structures, regulation, and compliance.
- Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with execution capability.
- 10-20 years in asset management, with prior roles in portfolio management, product management, or investment strategy.
- Often holds a CFA, MBA, or similar advanced qualification.
- Experience across investment, client, and operational functions

Pay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Professional Qualification (required)

**Experience**:

- Fund Management: 10 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Chartered Financial Analyst (required)
