Outsourcing Manager

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Outsourcing Manager to join our team. As an Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the outsourcing process for our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the outsourcing process for clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific outsourcing needs and develop customized solutions
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and setting up accounting software
- Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage a team of outsourced accountants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor the performance of outsourced accountants, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and accounting software

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as an Outsourcing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
