About GLOBALFOUNDRIES

Giga AMHS_MR department is in charge of the Giga Fab Mobile Robot automation. To maintain and service the Mobile Robots running in production. GF is the first of the world wafer fab using Mobile Robot for line operation and currently have a mass of Mobile robots running in the production to support the Fab operation.

Essential Responsibilities:

- In charge of overall Giga Mobile Robots' daily operation.
- Recover Mobile Robot errors when occurred.
- Recover Mobile Robot related systems' errors when occurred. (Eg: Smart Tray wiprack system.etc)
- Perform daily Mobile Robot battery change when needed.
- Perform Mobile Robot's daily schedule task.
- Perform Mobile Robot's schedule/unscheduled PM.
- Perform basic Mobile Robot trouble shooting.
- Working on shift (Day & Night).
- Assist the Engineer in Deploying Mobile Robots
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure success & survival rate to meet module goals.
- Follow SOP, carry out CAS per specification and execute good maintenance of support tool
- Monitor logging operations to identify and solve problems
- Repair basic parts like drive wheels, docking station, STP Box and make sure we have enough spares.
- Contacting vendors if regarding software related issue encountered.
- Assist engineers with other ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Education/Experience
- Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years wafer fab (clean room) experience. (Equipment background preferred)
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Have basic equipment knowledge.
- Familiar with Fab operation/clean room protocol.
- Able to work on 12 hours shift (Day & Night).
