Job requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Passion for cookies, pastries, and baked goods, with knowledge of different flavors, ingredients, and dietary restrictions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job details
- Working Hours: 5-day & 6-day week | Alternate | 10:00am to 7:00pm & 1:00pm to 10:00pm
- Salary Range: Basic $2200 + $200 | Allowances + 1% share commissions
- Location: Jewel Changi
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month
