**Senior Associate Consultant, Executive Compensation Consulting**

As the Senior Associate Consultant of Executive Compensation Consulting at Aon Singapore, you will be responsible for contributing to the firm's executive compensation consulting practice in Singapore and South-east Asia. You will be part of the dynamic Talent Solutions team and report to the Executive Compensation Lead in the Asia Pacific region.

**What the day will look like**
- Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients through forming insights based on client needs, acquired expertise, and interpretation of data and statistical analyses
- Independently manage projects and lead modules under guidance of senior consultants
- Solve complex HR and compensation related problems that are unique to client situations
- Develop high quality deliverables and counsel for clients with guidance from senior consultants
- Develop and maintain trusted client relations through regular and proactive communications
- Assist in the development of proposals and acquisition of new clients
- Support thought leadership through proactively seeking out new knowledge and uncovering market trends
- Coach analysts on deliverables and consulting skills and shares knowledge freely with the team

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in executive compensation consulting.
- Strong technical knowledge of executive compensation principles, practices, and trends.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with multinational clients and managing projects across different countries and cultures.
- Fluency in English, spoken Mandarin is a plus
