Client Executive

My client is an award-winning independent, global Out of Home agency, headquartered in London with offices in New York and Singapore. Working with varieties of brands from around the globe to successfully navigate and effective advertising campaigns within the evolving OOH media landscape.
They are expanding and searching for an ambitious Client Executive to manage clients and agencies accounts across APAC. This regional role will enable you to activate your creativity, account management, and negotiation skills further. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner APAC.
**Your day-to-day**
- Manage and execute clients and agencies brief for OOH planning & buying across APAC & EU
- Create exciting and value-added proposals and presentations for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies and suppliers whilst monitoring the ongoing campaigns
- Maintain a position as a trusted advisor
- Negotiate with suppliers on relevant campaign aspects
- Work closely with the media partners on campaign production/launch, ensuring all materials are delivered to technical specifications
- Resolve client and campaign issues quickly, as and when they arise
**You must have**
- A minimum of 3-years client management experience within an agency; a big plus if you have pOOH experience and knowledge
- A strong ability to manage and maintain business relationships as well as business communications skills
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A team player, who can also work independently across different time zones
- Versatile to work and travel across multiple markets
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must, both oral and written
