As mNAND Product Development Team Leader (PDTL) at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for interacting with MBU, EBU, product development teams and customers for Managed NAND products including communication, project execution, schedule, customer issues and maintenance releases. You will be responsible for managing multiple programs that are in customer design-in or high-volume phases to achieve specific business goals and objectives. In this role, you will be accountable for NPI products and sustaining products that are assigned to you. You will also provide metrics and reporting as applicable to your products.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Optimize memory, ASIC, and product configurations to meet performance requirements
- Understand 3D NAND defect mechanisms and mNAND System error recovery features
- Collaborate with Managed NAND system design and eco system teams to develop eMMC/UFS production system test suites for best-in-class market introduction
- Identify Stakeholders, manage expectations and set-up of communication channels
- Manage Program Teams and Stakeholders to drive closure of NPI products, through the design process to product qualification
- Lead the critical review among VP’s (ECR), update development KPI, present project status, risk and scope in BU Core meetings and CPR
- Review metrics of each development team and work out project metrics starting from them
- Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts
- Communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders
- Manage program definition and approval
- Control and monitor Project Scope, Time, Metrics and Risk.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Execute, Monitor/Control and Close Programs
- Track program milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

**Education**
Required - Bachelors Degree (Desired - Masters Degree)
- Engineering - Electronics
- Related field of study
