**Responsibilities**:
Marketing
- Drafting of marketing proposals
- Prepare tenant rep - rentals and building slides
- Perform research on market segment brief & market overview as required
- Prepare Periodic eflyers (EDM) and other property showcase on website, online platforms
- Assist in collection of data including walk-the-building as required
- Maintenance of stacking plan
- Update market news to the HOD as required
- Maintain/ update project appointments and Track Record
- Assist in events coordination for the department

Administration
- Assist the HOD to oversee internship
- Application of licenses including publication and advertisement banners for the department
- Responsible for property advertisement and fillng for the department
- Minutes update as required
- Perform stamp duty (e-stamping) / Biz search / property ownership
- General administrative duties such as despatch arrangement, handle departmental stationary / corporate folders, housing keeping of departmental's folders

**Requirement**:

- At least three years of administrative experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experienced in handling logistics for events and meetings
- Well organised with an attention to detail
- Good organisation skills and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Tactful and able to handle potentially confidential and sensitive information
