Project Title: Examining the emotional regulation for feedback receptivity in Singapore Secondary Schools: An instrument development and validation study

Project Introduction: The project focuses on understanding how secondary school students in Singapore manage their emotions during feedback situations. Through face-to-face interview and focus group discussion with teachers and students using the Emotional Regulation Situational Judgement Test (SJT), the project aims to enhance student holistic learning and well-being.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology or related disciplines.- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.- Good organizational skills.- Keen attention to detail.- Able to work independently and in a team environment.- Good knowledge of qualitative research design.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and experience using NVivo is strongly preferred, but not required.- Experience working in a research or school environment preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
Duties would include but not limited to the following:
- Contacting schools to coordinate research.- Organizing meetings.- Taking meeting minutes.- Data collection, entry, coding and analysis.- Conducting literature reviews.- Reporting writing.- Other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator (PI).
