**Responsibilities**
- include working closely with our Managers to prepare standard operating procedures or comprehensive action plans, for projects as well as assisting Managers to monitor and manage the project goals and performances internally and externally.
- You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and communicating with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the Division plan.
- In addition, you will organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to Managers.
**Requirements**:
- O level / Diploma
- With at least 2 yrs of experience in a related field
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in MS Applications: Excel, Words
- 5 day week at AMK area
- office hour: 8.30am to 6pm
