**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze user and system requirements to inform design decisions
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software components that meet performance, scalability, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle, including:
Business Rules
Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
Software Architecture and Design Documents
Interface Specifications
Testing Plans and Specifications
Operations and Maintenance Manuals
End-user Training Materials
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to clarify requirements, review design decisions, and resolve testing-related concerns
- Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines throughout development

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience completing **at least one full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)**:

- Strong skills in authoring:
**Requirements Specifications**
**Use Cases**
**Software design documentation**, including Object-Oriented Design and **UML modeling**:

- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience**in object-oriented software development
- Proficient in one or more of the following technical areas:
**Web development**on UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms
**C++ development**on Windows and/or Embedded Linux environments
**Spring Framework**and **Spring Boot**
**Multi-threaded programming**, socket communication, and serial interfaces
- Familiarity with **secure coding practices**and an understanding of software security principles

**Added Advantages**:
Experience in any of the following areas will be considered a strong plus:

- **Three-tier software architecture**design and implementation
- **Virtualization technologies**, such as hypervisors and containers
- **Database programming**using SQL and Data Access Objects (DAO), with experience in platforms like **MySQL**, **PostgreSQL**, or **IBM DB2**:

- Familiarity with **Message Queues**and event-driven systems, including **Solace Event Brokers**:

- Exposure to **software modernization initiatives**, including **containerization**and **microservices**architecture
- Hands-on experience with **cloud computing technologies**, particularly:
**Kubernetes**
**Docker**
**AWS ECS Fargate**
**AWS RDS**
**AWS Lambda**:

- Understanding of **secure communication protocols**, such as **FTPS**and **HTTPS**:

- Front-end development experience using **Angular**or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
