As Leasing Manager, you will support the Group’s key focus in securing and managing the leases for the group’s retail and lifestyle properties. The role reports into the Chief Operating Officer of The Lo & Behold Group. Main Responsibilities: Working closely with our brand and strategy team to develop and refine leasing process and strategy (including pricing and zoning) Execute on the leasing sales process (e.g. generate potential tenant leads, qualify the leads, pitching, viewing, etc.) Negotiate tenancy terms that balances both development’s and tenant’s long term interest Manage leasing closing process and paperwork (Letter of Offer, tenancy agreement, etc.) Working with the development team to ensure that the development is able to hit it’s target occupancy and budgeted revenue Track tenant’s commercial performance and flag any potential risks and plan for tenant replacement Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships Work with relevant departments and HQ stakeholders to meet tenant’s needs and drive traffic into the malls Undertake any new projects within the group or development as necessary. Requirements: Degree in Building or Real Estate Management, or similar 4-5 years of experience in a Leasing capacity role and involvement in tenancy agreements negotiations Leasing experience for retail, and commercial will be highly advantageous for this position A self-starter who takes initiative, good at multi-tasking, possess a strong sense of urgency and able to prioritize and meet deadlines Resourceful, meticulous, analytical, self-motivated, driven Independent and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 5 year(s) experience needed for this position
