**Team Manager - Job Retention Support
Ingeus, in partnership with yellow Ribbon Singapore, will be delivering the Job Retention Support contract supporting ex-offenders reintegrate into the workforce. This Team Manager role is to lead a Case Management Team (and Administrator) of 7. He/she is responsible for supporting the YR Team to deliver contractual performance. He/she will be responsible for managing the YR Team to perform against their KPI. The Team Manager will take the lead in induction and on boarding of new staff to conducting performance reviews and performance coaching they support the Performance and Delivery Manager to ensure the YR Team exceeds their target and delivers a high quality and compliant service. The Team Manager will be the single point of contact for the YR internal contract management team and any external partners.
**Key Responsibilities
- Line Manage a team of 7 or more Case Managers and Administrators
- To work with the Head of Coaching & Development to drive operational performance through a range of processes, frameworks and initiatives and respond quickly to address underperformance.
- To run YR Team focussed induction and on boarding programme with new starters.
- To work intensively with new starters through facilitation of buddying, observations and 1-1 coaching to build skills and confidence in the role
- To undertake performance reviews with Case Managers
- To conduct regular caseload performance reviews with YR Team to support client retention and re-employment
- To conduct regular observations and feedback of YR program
- To deliver training to YR on key thematic areas to improve performance
- To complete regular team learning needs analysis and provide relevant upskilling/ coaching opportunities for ongoing staff development
- To support with the screening, interviewing and recruitment of case managers as required
- To assist the YR program in understanding and acting compliantly with all governance, compliance and quality standards relating to the service delivery model and contractual requirements
- To work with the Head of Coaching & Development in maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments
- To support YR Case Managers with crisis management and complaints on client
- Attend all YR stakeholder meetings Weekly MI reporting on YR program
- Manage the referral allocation process to the Case Managers
**Job Requirements
- Minimum with a Degree qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and deliver against multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to effectively network to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
- A high degree of flexibility
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to collate and input data in an accurate and timely manner and analyse performance reports and respond accordingly
- Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment
- Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Building strong relationships with Stakeholders
