Sports Massage Therapist/pilates Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess clients’ muscular conditions and create customized massage therapy plans for injury prevention, pain relief, and rehabilitation
- Treat clients with muscular tension, chronic pain, or sports-related injuries using appropriate massage techniques
- Educate clients on mobility, stretching, and recovery strategies to enhance muscle health and prevent future injuries
- Instruct clients in Pilates movements, ensuring proper form and safety throughout each session
- Integrate Pilates principles into rehabilitation and conditioning programs to support recovery and optimize performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sports massage or a similar role
- Certification in Sports Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent)
- Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized training institution
- Solid knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
