The Expansion function is here to support adding meaningful growth. We are responsible, in partnership with all our brands, for aspects of creating and maintaining our real estate portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.

**Job Description**:
You are responsible for setting and implementing controlling routines and strategies for all expansion functions in the SGVNMY and PH sales markets. You perform trend analysis, complete financial reporting and drive risk management. You will work with all brands within the H&M Group and collaborate with the local Expansion function.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and implement controlling routines in the Sales Markets, supporting all local Expansion functions
- Perform and support key analysis on major KPIs, monitor and review sales, surplus, operational costs and capex for your market
- Create, utilize and update benchmark data for budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure accurate information on pipeline and portfolio is available to local departments
- Analyse trends and deviations versus budgets/targets to draw conclusions on how to improve results
- Own all budgets presented for projects and annual budgets of Leasing and C&F
- Secure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
- Own local budget and forecasting process
- Work according to general guidelines to ensure routines and processes are in place
- Secure financial transparency at the highest level

- Able to clearly conceptualize an idea and define conclusion based on supporting arguments
- Good understanding of accounting and controlling routines
- Advanced level in Excel and Power BI
- Effective collaborator who enjoys working with a diverse group of people to achieve goals and targets
- Strong business mindset and clear communication skills
- Confident decision maker
