We are seeking an experienced **Healthcare ITAM & Intune Deployment Lead (RFID | CMDB | ServiceNow | BigFix)**with a strong background in healthcare IT infrastructure, software license governance, and asset lifecycle management. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who has led and delivered large-scale IT asset tagging, system upgrades, and Intune-based security transformations in healthcare environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain an accurate CMDB of all IT assets, including hardware and software across enterprise healthcare networks.
- Lead software license compliance and renewals, including audit resolution and vendor negotiation.
- Execute RFID tagging projects for medical and IT equipment with full lifecycle reporting.
- Drive preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Analyze asset and project data for reporting, budgeting, and executive presentation.
- Act as project manager or scrum master for initiatives involving system migrations, integration, or security upgrades (e.g., Intune rollout).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and monitor asset governance initiatives.
- Ensure ITAM process compliance using tools like IBM Control Desk, Maximo, or ServiceNow.
- Conduct UAT and ensure production rollouts follow best practice standards.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum **15 years**in IT Asset Management and Project Management
- Proven track record in deploying Intune to 2000+ user base
- Experience in RFID tagging across complex institutions (e.g., 60,000+ assets)
- Background in handling sensitive healthcare or public sector data environments
- Cross-border or APAC-level project delivery exposure

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science & Engineering)
