**About QoreNext**

**QoreNext **is a tech startup that is the first-of-its-kind cloud-based platform for the enterprise foundational data content powering Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence.

The Due Diligence Research Analyst will investigate various risks and potential threats to the client’s business. The analyst will provide due diligence reports on potential investors, vendors, supply chain partners, and others with whom the business might deal, seeking to identify potential risks these considered relationships might pose, whether to the client company’s reputation, intellectual property, revenue or regulatory compliance. The analyst will also be tasked with supporting insider threat investigations as needed.

**Job Functions**
- Support a team of investigators by conducting investigative research and preparing written analyses of entities and individuals that could pose a risk or specific threat to the client’s business.
- Prepare due diligence reports on potential partners (of a wide variety), seeking to identify security concerns in advance of formalized relationships and business transactions.
- Maintain the client’s investigative database repository, ensuring investigative findings are properly and consistently documented for future retrieval for use in future investigations, re-investigations or liaison with law enforcement or other government authorities.
- Collaborate effectively with the investigator team to meet all investigative deadlines where feasible, and communicate clearly when prioritization of tasks must occur to ensure time and effort resources are properly directed.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Education**
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree

**Experience**
- Fluent in English and business-level of Mandarin speaking and writing, as needed to liaise with China counterparts
