- Prepare market analysis report

- Gatekeeper of investment advisory frameworks, investment databases and spreadsheets
- Monitoring portfolio and SPVs, ensure completion of projects and initiative in alignment with the firm’s investment plan
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals for existing and future projects
- Examine and access economic, market trends, earning prospects, financial statement and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies
- Liaise with fund managers and network with industry professionals
- Compile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds that could enhance or diversify portfolios
- Interpreting complicated financial information
- Reporting discrepancies and issues to senior team leaders when they arise
- Conducting meetings with clients and management throughout the year
- Portfolio rebalancing

**Requirements for Investment Analyst**
- Understand Singapore Tax Law
- Strong in financial modeling and feasibility studies
- Good with MS Excel and spreadsheet modeling
- MFE or CFA is a great plus
- Proactive and capable of successfully managing several tasks simultaneously
