My client is one of the leaders in the beverage market across the APAC region. With their continuous focus in innovation and improvement to bring the best products to the consumers, they are constantly expanding and is looking for a Assistant Manager - Demand & Supply Planner to join the team Located in the West.

**Your new role**
- Leading the monthly S&OP meetings
- Develop monthly sales forecasting and responsible for the demand planning and communicate to other stakeholders
- Identifying gaps and improvement for forecasting analysis to ensure accuracy
- Highlight any root causes of errors to prevent over-stocking situation
- Ensure supply meets demand by closely monitoring of production plans
- Analyse slow-moving and obsolescence stocks and develop a plan to liquidate the inventory for any excess stocks

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related qualifications
- At least 6-8 years of planning experience
- Strong in forecasting and familiar with S&OP
- Must be good with excel and has strong analytical skills
- Great leadership and people management skills
- Preferably with background in FMCG industry
