Responsibilities
- In charge the Kitchen Operation, ensure a food safety and hygienic kitchen environment, and food are serve in high quality according to SOP.
- Lead the team and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all the times
- Handle team work and contribute to cook house and zone performance
- Best adhere to all company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Good practise in personal hygiene
- Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment
- Ability to work under pressure with tight time schedule
