You will be part of System Support team within our Distribution Middle Office (DMO) which supports multi-product lines and multi-distribution channels within the organization.

You will support various systems used by different distribution channels. This includes the implementation of different initiatives by different channels.

**Key responsibilities include**:
1) System Enhancement & Projects:

- Review Business Specifications, develop & execute Test Plan and User Documentation to ensure timely & quality delivery of IT solutions
- Ensure that user requirements are effectively and accurately communicated to IT Department / Vendor
- Ensure solutions provided meet business objectives
- Plan and conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis of business requirements
- Organize and co-ordinate all implementation activities and user acceptance testing
- Continually assess the effectiveness of business specifications and testing methodology in terms of contents and format

2) Production Support:

- Provides support to DMO users, Distribution Channels & Advisors
- Manage production issue, communicate with users / stakeholders & ensure closure of production issues

3) Any other projects or tasks as assigned
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years' experience in business analysis role
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective documentation and communication
- Experience in managing IT projects and administration is advantageous
