**Our Client**:
Our client is a subsidiary company of a well-known Japanese Metals manufacturing company that was established in Singapore from 1976. They cater to the electrical, electronics and semiconductor industries in supplying downstream products such as copper alloy strips and stamped lead frames. They are actively looking for an experienced QA Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provide directives for Quality Department in meeting Company's objectives
- Setting of quality objectives and establish related training to ensure customer requirements are met
- Setting up of customer portals in handling customer requirements
- Formulate, implement and evaluate quality assurance programs
- Develop, implement and maintain quality management system
- Administer and manage continuous improvement programs for all QA processes
- Prepare, review and implement quality assurance plans, inspection test plans and other operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements and good manufacturing practices
- Manage customers' queries and complaints as well as corrective and preventive action programs
- Work closely with customers, production and suppliers in solving quality issues and meeting quality requirements
- Work closely with all other departments to ensure quality objectives and audit requirements are met
- Represent company for any certification audit, co-ordinate audit and provide auditors with information
- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum a Degree in Quality Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment with 3 years in a managerial level
- Good knowledge of various statistical methods, quality management system and ISO standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attentive to detail and able to adapt in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Good initiative and able to work independently
- Good communication, strong analytical and report writing skills
