**Responsibilities: -**
- Provide pre and post sales technical solution for inverters / drives
- Site troubleshooting and LV drive commissioning
- Organize in-house trainings for Sales and Marketing team
- Provide technical trainings / seminars at consultants / end-users' premises
- Assist sales team in regional distribution network expansion
- Able to compose bill of materials based on tender specifications
- Provide customer support by responding well to customer technical questions and understanding customer technical requirements to propose optimal solutions to strengthen customer relationship and trust
- Conduct market studies and feedback
- Prepare technical manual / articles
- Creation of technical database
- Prompt response to end-users/distributors technical enquiries
- Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire it's technical knowledge

**Requirements: -**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Min. 5 years of experiences in handling low voltage electrical products such as drives / motors / PLC, preference in VFDs
- Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions to support sales team
- Project management skill is a plus
- Confident in conducting technical trainings and technical presentations to partners and customers
- Solution oriented mindset
