**Role Description**:
Based in Singapore, reporting to the Regional Finance Director (RFD) for Asia located in Hong Kong, the Finance Manager (FM) will be responsible for the financial side of the business in Singapore/Malaysia with a dotted line to the Country Mgrs of Singapore and Malaysia

**Key tasks will include, but will not be limited to: -**
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial accounting incl. AP, AR, IC invoicing, asset mgnt and depreciation.
- Collection of Outstanding Receivables
- Management of KPIs such as Days of Sales Outstanding WIP and AR
- Reporting on a country level to manager in Hong Kong
- Legal compliance - working with RFD to ensure optimized legal set-up
- Contribute to initiatives and help drive all large improvement processes
- Financial system upgrades to follow McLarens group standard systems
- Overseeing and managing cash flow
- Budgeting and legal projections-actual vs budget analysis
- Coordination and preparation of monthly actuals and all annual financials
- Year-end audit planning and execution
- Filing Corporate income tax, Sales tax, Staff withholding tax and any other applicable taxes in a timely and compliant manner
- Local registrations and statutory reporting
- Business support to local management team
- Payroll management
- Other ad-hoc administration tasks
