We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the PE market.

2. Analyze financial statements, lease agreements, and other financial documents to evaluate the performance of PE assets.

3. Develop financial models to evaluate PE investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

4. Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

5. Assist in the due diligence process for PE acquisitions, including site inspections, financial analysis, and legal review.

6. Monitor and track the performance of the portfolio of investments.

7. Stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices in PE investment and analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in advisory, investment, or finance.(IB, corporate advisory etc).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and information.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Powerpoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail. ⁠
- Professional qualifications (CFA, CPAetc) will be preferred.
