Drum Teacher

**My Drum School is looking to hire Part-Time Drum Teachers**
My Drum School (“MDS”) is Singapore’s first and largest school for specialized drum education. Established in 2007, the MDS ethos has always been one of excellence. We bring in the best equipment and resources to enhance both the Educators' and students’ learning experience. We are educators first and that’s what we aim to instill in our students.

We are voted “Best in Drumming” by Parent’s World Magazine in 2015, and featured in various press on numerous occasions including the Business Times, Channel NewsAsia, and Zao Bao.

**Part-Time Requirements you’ll need**:

- Proficient in pop, rock, blues, funk, and R&B rhythms
- Ability in reading and simple writing of drum notations. At least in 8th Beats, 16th Beats, and Triplets
- At least 3 years of drumming exposure
- A minimum of Grade 5 from a drum examination board or equivalent. (Audition is required for those without drum certification)
- A block of at least 3 hours from 7 pm-10 pm on weekdays or any time on Weekends
- Experience in drumming for church worship is an added advantage for applicants. We have many students that play in a church setting

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: Up to $53.00 per hour
