**Accountability Statement/Summary**

This sales position is seen as entrepreneurs of assigned key accounts as they have the ownership and empowerment to manage/grow accounts under their care through strategic account management efforts and strong relationships with the stakeholders.**Responsibilities include but not limited to;**

**Key Account Management**
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share within the assigned accounts (i.e Pharmacy & e-Commerce) ;
- Identify and establish strong relationships with clients, regularly engage with key accounts to understand needs, address concerns and provide appropriate solutions;
- Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and attend industry association meetings and seminars. Proactively gather field intelligence such as competitors’ activities and other market changes, to identify potential opportunities and mitigate risks;
- Manage media agency in all e-Commerce campaign planning and timely executions; maintain a strong relationship, with the goal of gathering best practices for successful e-Commerce campaign plans and activations;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to support customer requirements and deliver effective solutions;
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, providing updates on product portfolio, market trends, and identifying areas for collaboration and growth;
- Oversee the Pharmacy & e-Commerce sales agenda across business partnering functions through effective discussions;
- Relationship building with the Pharmacies’ dedicated purchaser and/or e-Commerce buyers (where applicable), with the goal of maximizing Menarini brand visibility, leveraging on their banners, thematic campaigns, SEO, SEM and selected customer data to drive traffic to our stores/ product listings.

**Business Target Achivements**
- Menarini’s e Pharmacy & e-Commerce business plan, strategies and activations, to achieve the sell-in and off-takes targets set, within budgeted Commercial Activities and A&M investments;
- Identify new business trends and opportunities within the e-Commerce & Pharmacy channels such as social commerce, live streaming, quick commerce, which drive business growth and implement action plans;
- Developing the Pharmacy & e-Commerce promotional plan on an annual basis with the agility to tweak the monthly plan by utilizing the promotion data to make continuous improvements on Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Returns on Advertising Spend (ROAS);
- Conduct regular market analysis and gather customer insights to identify new business opportunities and potential market expansion;
- Provide market insights and intelligence to internal teams to support pricing strategies and marketing campaign.

**Operational Excellence & Compliance**
- Improving sales forecast accuracy with Supply Chain to maintain optimal stock level, to prevent out of stock situations;
- Optimize shoppers’ experience by constantly reviewing customer service level provided by our enablers at both physical and e-stores;
- Manage Pharmacy & e-Commerce channel promotions as per approved pricing and promotion policies;
- Recommend changes to Pharmacy & e-Commerce strategies and tactics should there be changes to local laws and regulations.
- Share e Pharmacy & e-Commerce practices with Sales Team to optimize sales opportunities
- Perform other any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

**Required requisites**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Science or Business desirable.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-Commerce, Pharmacy channel and/or Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Able to function independently; but can also be an outstanding team player.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets, with strong leadership ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Forward thinking, with an appetite for risk taking, such as a quest to trial innovative campaigns with mínimal level of investments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Possess a car and driving license.
- IT - savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
