- Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities align with the company’s HSEQ standards, Maintenance Management System, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
- Develop, enhance, and execute the company’s maintenance management system to ensure safety, efficiency, and effectiveness, achieving optimal equipment reliability and availability.
- Maintain and update accurate maintenance records to support robust data analysis and facilitate troubleshooting.
- Conduct root cause analyses to address equipment or system defects and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
- Optimize and manage the inventory of critical and non-critical equipment spare parts to support mechanical maintenance needs.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with static and rotating equipment.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a chemical process plant.

- Strong interest and aptitude for chemical processes.
- Analytical skills to assess and resolve maintenance challenges.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
