Singapore EMIRATES NBD BANK (P.J.S.C) Full time

Provide quality end to end Service Delivery of Loans and Deposit as well as Account maintenance in accordance to ENBD Group directives. Ensure compliance to Group policies and procedures, local regulatory requirements and guidelines, review of processes to ensure effective controls and efficiency is in place.

The unit works closely with ENBD HO IT, GOPs and Tanfeeth to leverage on technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations.

**JOB DESCRIPTON
The contract resource is responsible for supporting the static data maintenance activities required as part of the Bank’s multiple remediation program requiring static data clean-up.

The job holder is required to support the input as well as verification of static data into the Bank’s Core Banking platform. Other than maintenance static data changes, the job holder will be also expected to support the creation of static data records when needed. He/ she is also expected to review.

The job holder is also required to ensure compliance with Internal and External policies and procedures as stipulated in local and applicable international regulatory requirements.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of client records across all key systems
- Documentary and safekeep of documents used for update of static data
- Perform archival and organization of client’s electronic documents in Bank repositories
- Perform Account Opening, Account Servicing (including fulfilment) as well as Account closure activities
- Perform reporting of progress of static data maintenance
- Provide progress update on risk/ issues/ challenges that is encountered during data remediation
- Ensure all static data creation and updates are promptly entered into the system
- As part of four-eye check principle, also help to verify static data updates performed by other Static Data
- Maintenance Analyst are in accordance with document sources
- Assist to follow-up, monitor and control of operational risks involved commencing from the inception till the completion of the transaction.

**SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**
- Min 2-5 years working experience in Wholesale/ Retail Banking. Those with Operations background will be preferred
- Experience in static record creation in a banking environment and familiar with Account Opening forms and forms used for Client Due Diligence/ KYC
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word to be used for reporting
- Independent, pro-active and has initiative
- Self-motivated and hard working
- Excellent interpersonal skill
